yes they need to start the trial with 50+ sites and get to 80-100 site - international on day 1 including US (rapid enrollment and minority patients). The previous trial wasted a year recruiting only in one small country with a small number of sites before expanding to a few more countries. This was part of CM's penny wise pound foolish strategy. He lost another year doing this. BP could do this better but at a higher price. However, I cannot imagine any company wanting to partner with this CEO and dysfunctional board
