I believe I have brought this up previously . Part of the summation of OLE suggested they had lowered the dropout rate to a more respectable level of I think it was 10to 15% at what point in the ole did they modify the titration and how many patients is lower dropout rate based on? I am sure part of the regimen was night time dosing but when did dosing levels change, and why in the world didn’t they address this issue earlier?
