Well then I'm confused. If his cost currently is around .00035 and the stock is at .0063 wouldn't that be a big gain if there was a way for him to sell without killing the share price? there was a lot of volume (for this stock) over the last few days. Have you found in the filings what the convertible conversion price is?

I'm wondering if he's in a quiet period right now in order to dump shares? Too much reading to motivate me to look further. But it does seem like his shares went from 399 million down to 306 million. The filings should have more detail.
