Well then I'm confused.
If his cost currently is around .00035 and the stock is at .0063 wouldn't that be a big gain if there was a way for him to sell without killing the share price? there was a lot of volume (for this stock) over the last few days. Have you found in the filings what the convertible conversion price is?
