I do remember your situation with the RETT filing "promise" that never happened, but did not think Missling would answer a question from an analyst with an outright lie....I will drop my questioning of your safe harbor protection they announced prior to the Q & A.....thanks

You continue to misstate the scope of safe harbor protection. It only applies to reasonable forward looking projections/predictions. It does not apply to a factual misstatement of events that have already occurred.
