There are 3 Rapporteurs. They were assigned AFTER Anavex filed the MAA. No one suggested to Missling or Anavex that they apply: this is a business decision and the invitation to apply is pro forma. The questions are from CHMP, not from the Rapporteurs. The Rapporteurs will essentially present their understanding and recommendation to CHMP, then CHMP as a whole (a representative from each of the 27 EMA countries plus the 3 Rapporteurs) will listen to the Anavex presentation and ask questions, then they will vote.
