Thanks for this from 3D, not sure about this entity though that advises $AVXL!

I had first read about the 20 minutes to present only and did not know about the 40 minutes of Q&A which allows more time for "on the spot" responses. Also the 10 people allowed for the AVXL team (that's very good)....our team apparently cannot refer to slides, etc, so surely they are prepared for this similar to an investment firm bidding for a deal (RFP).

I have to assume that both the CHMP regulators.....and.....the EMA are in attendance and will discuss with these 2 assigned regulators from CHMP who are also the "original rapporteurs" (not sure how they were "selected" or are from the EMA).

This part is somewhat disappointing to me since they have had ALL the data from the beginning of this process and still encouraged Avanex to file !!!!
