Same here in sales et al..did way too many blueprint takeoffs. The craziest thing-made the largest profit ever on a commercial job. Which is literally impossible and just the opposite. Got a call from an area rep thinking I fk'd up..and I replied "nope"..lol. Then proceeded to tell him I had a very small add on for a rough 15K @ 35 cents on the dollar...lol. You do not make 35% margin on commercial let alone residential. So a 100K sale at that margin equates to a typical $700k order -profit wise. Just insane...must have been a budget dump or someone that just didn't care. It was all resin flatstock as well..lol. A fn' Fypon order...lol. Easiest sale ever.
