Good to hear, wouldn't know the ins and outs of that kind of deal but you did. From my limited exposure to your commentary I can see how you would be good at that trade. The actual work I did was always nurturing what was land/lot or was on the land, a structure. As they say in real estate - they are not making any more of it. Wonder if Newmed has finished his schematics for the closet😉
