There is obviously no real financial contract between these two parties. If there were, DBMM would have been required to file it with the SEC as a material event. They did not because it does not exist.
All we got was another fluffy press release blast with zero substance, zero revenue, and zero proof of any actual business. Classic OTC promo move.
DBMM is once again pretending this is some major deal. If it was real, it would be in the filings, not just on a wire service hoping retail bites.
