The fact that you went through all those steps and it worked really shows how solid Gaia’s backend is. Let me share a little advice based on my experience, I’ve probably purchased over $300,000 worth of those properties just testing things out.

Skip the whole MetaMask and crypto side of it. The majority of people that don't do crypto are going to fund their accounts through a checking account or by wire transfer. I recommend the wire transfer route. Search Google for a wire transfer mock document, which is what I did. Make sure your document is under 1mb in size and the system will accept it. Upload when the system asks for the wire trasnfer document. Check that you are accredited, which is found when you click on your profile image. Go to verification.

When I first started, I had the same issue and couldn’t figure it out. Someone told me to just upload any receipt-style document (under a megabyte in size), and it worked. After that, you can enter whatever amount you want, $10,000, $100,000, or even smaller amounts like $100. I’ve tested all of those ranges using that method. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to start buying Accredited Only US and exploring the platform freely. Hope that helps.

If you’re having issues with your accreditation not being accepted, it’s likely time-gated, meaning it expires after a certain period. The fix is simple: go back to your profile and click the KYC verification button again, even if your verification is already complete. Then, click the “Accredited Investor Verification” button below it. That should restore your accredited status. This appears to be a temporary issue related to the beta.
