Seems to me as though once these new stimulus checks hit that were just announced, it will be off to the races. Combine that with low interest rates, and imho, this could be a ZIP CODE CHANGER for the patient and those willing to face long-suffering. Perhaps dreams really do come true.
To be totally fair while abstract to many Oscar is in the process of bringing homegrown business to the States as predicted in a press release by Jim Honan. PropTech isn't that well understood to some boombers. Crypto is no stranger to Oscar though.
