To be totally fair while abstract to many Oscar is in the process of bringing homegrown business to the States as predicted in a press release by Jim Honan. PropTech isn't that well understood to some boombers. Crypto is no stranger to Oscar though.

A founding member of MSPC he was building Metro House with NFT`s and Block Chain 3 years ago. PropTech seems to be his favourite area of expertise. I'm sure Francesc Domingo won't mind. He needs Data Centers in the worst way. Coincidentally Trump signed off on the Genius Act mainstreaming cryptocurrency which couldn't be better timing for Oscar! 🤔
