Thats a pretty harsh view Risingsun. I'm not saying you are wrong, but it begs the question of why wasn't it rejected allready then? You are talking about a delay, at best, of approval. MHRA has metrics and guidelines it needs to follow. Even members of parliament have questioned them about the length of time its taking. So they know they are being watched. Yes, millions in profits are probably being made every day by BP before NWBO approval so a delay, even a few months, would be profitable for them. I just can't see a whole board of people sworn to help mankind, being bought off. I should know better by now, but to me, its a stretch. It would make for a good movie though, yours truly being played by Tom Cruise.

Not the best thing to say about the UK Regulator, which is beyond reproach imho, given that they are investigating this application right now !
Your anger should be directed elsewhere, surely, as no one likes to be told that their baby is ugly ?!
It is, of course, hoped that you have only invested money in this scam, that you can afford to lose ?

Rest assured, no one in Government is watching this stalled application, for this extortionate variant of biotech is now 10-15 years past its sell by date.

Without hard proof of corruption, I can’t explain these endless, inexplicable delays any other way.

What you say is possible, but IMO not very probable.

One can list all the possibilities of delay and there are many...As time goes by, our "old friend" Nemesis' accusation does take on more merit. Unfortunately, considering the MHRA stated months ago "No backlog" makes one think if: 1 + 1 = 2? If true, I do believe it would warrant FD (no approval at this time, pending numerous questions). However, I believe, LP believes we will ultimately win approval and thus the silence on the status. The recent Advent deal makes me believe we are close.

I'm certain I will receive blowback for suggesting "N" may have credibility. I will say that I do believe he was correct on the assumption that the MHRA held off approving DCVax because of serious concerns. However, his final prognosis as well as his early statements indicating permanent rejection is entirely wrong!!! We will ultimately be granted approval. Hopefully very soon as we approach the 2 year mark since submission.

The bigger question is...How was he privy to such information and what will KC, NWBO the MHRA going to do about it?
