Doc, "I have a feeling that what some have accomplished won’t be known until some sort of attempt at a hostile takeover occurs and retail holds or caves." This concerns me deeply. If the potential acquirers are building up a stockpile of cheap shares to vote with we could be taken out for pennies on the dollar. I'm not entirely confident the vote would be fair as well. Would changing the Cusip protect us to a degree? Do we have a poison pill in place?
