Someone mentioned earlier that this would likely be trading toward $1 a share on promise & expectation - considering the properties of the metal and as you say the rumors and production facilities. The reason it is not is because of promise unfulfilled for so many years.

The stock is cheap, and the promise is real! The return when (yes, I know if) success hits will be MUCH GREATER from a base of.145 than a base of $1.
