OK it's only a trading term but let's call a spade a spade. At this point Oscar's assuming* there will be a R/S out* loud* so the whole world can hear on YouTube. But wait, let's go back to where a one Mr Patrick Shutt through very questionable maneuvers unwound an even larger merger than the one we are in now. Is it not possible through his Chicago connections that Patrick might have caught wind of of the Britos circling. Possibly but the point is that failed mega merger bled out OneMind's cash reserves not just Affluence Corporation's.
So if ever the time was ripe for a major change of control (which was filed) it was then after the Patrick Shutt melt down. JIM Honan retires after Domingo has taken the bait. Then and only then after Balkin abandons ship the change of control gets murkier still with Chanmugan nervously keeping us off the rocks as interim CEO.
In strides illustrious Oscar Brito fresh from a conquest at IQST that by accounts made investors good money. Wonderful then Oscar all but moves in with Stephen Hicks reportedly all are amicable with restructuring running smoothly. (I've never heard of a restructuring running smoothly but anyway) The relentless dilution continues under the pretense that Oscar has still got AFFU's restructuring running clickety clack.
But wait Golfnut's prediction that Oscar moving to Steven Hicks hometown is a reallllly bad omen. 3 months go by and finally right in Mr Chanmugan's backyard. Magically Oscar has found NOTHING in USA but instead a classic* whoops I got the wrong number in the UK.
What it looks like to me may sound innocuous but identifying it for what it really represents is a very material event up till now left unspoken. When it very much deserves to be identified and recognized for what it really is. To all intents and purposes, Oscar is striking while the iron is hot, executing a HOSTILE TAKEOVER.
Just as predicted all those years ago. TJ my back has been in agonizing spasms for 7 days straight so I have a lot to catch up on here. But if this is not a hostile takeover when the companies we were acquiring were all cash positive and restructuring proceeding smoothly. What else could it be when Oscar cannot find anything* in the US, except his very own skeleton in the closet company Metro Spaces⁉️
