although I doubt Finra Will actually approve the R/S until proper filings are done and the warning sign on OTCM is fixed
They took the O/S from approx. 2B to 10B then they raised A/S to 200B and issued most of them - effectively diluting actual shareholders who bought free trading shares by 99%. Then they authorize a 1,000-1 R/S. Doesn't matter that they reduced the A/S during the R/S... they already diluted shareholders 100 to 1. Absolute disaster by this group. Even if FINRA doesn't approve the R/S this is a complete and utter disaster. Sad.
