Well yeah they dilute at the start of every month like clockwork lol. Until the mythical fairy bond appears or the permit appears this is where its at. Until fully operational or with a fat fund injection none of it matters.
Progress is progress but it doesnt matter until its complete. Im guessing its reasonably safe to assume if they actually get permitted they'll make a shell announcement by December or January. Thats my best guess.
