Do you think Jonathan Mercado, Ph. D. and Lichen Ventures included BioAmber in their article entitled "Revolutionizing Everyday Products with Biology" dated November 7, 2025 because they too failed to do
some deep research into Bioamber's bankruptcy proceedings
Following the references cited show that BioAmber licensed out "it's" technology to PTT-MCC:
BioAmber also shared its technical know how with Taiwan-based PTT-MCC, a JV of Mitsubishi and PTT-PLC. They are using BioAmber's SA fermentation technology for PBS production. Presently, their 20,000 MT/year polybutylene succinate plant in Rayong, Thailand, is using BioAmber's fermentation technology to produce bio-based SA, which is the starting feedstock to produce this biopolymer.
Earnouts had to come from somewhere right?? Not to mention the CJCJ contract...
But by all means keep trying to saying BioAmber doesn't exist. It smells like fermented desperation lol
