I’m as disappointed as anyone about the FS delay, but what did Mark say that suggests offtakes are “several months” away?

Thanks Monocle! I do believe NioCorp was sending in core samples as they were completed. The first Phase 1 = 9 drill holes were completed mid August 2025.

Core processing is currently underway with sample shipments occurring on a weekly basis. Samples are being sent to SGS USA for sample preparation and analysis.

Phase-2 = 6 step out boreholes were completed Sept. 8th, 2025 (Total 15 new boreholes)

We were told that 4 extra boreholes were completed on Oct. 9th 2025! For a grand total of 19 new boreholes!

I too reached out to Jim for a quick question on how it was going. on Oct. 15th, 2025 his response below:

"The company doing the core assays is going a lot slower than we would like, but they’re churning away as fast as possible."

I really didn't pursue this further after 1st core dropped on Oct. 16th

After listening to REDCHIP & hearing that ScAl testing appears to be running in parallel. The fact both results are needed for the DFS is of paramount importance. More core can drop at any time given 2 weeks since 1st core drop. I think they are a little further along than others. IF they do prove the November ScAl under DoD/Defense prime criteria at scale this "PROVES U.S. DFARS compliant domestic Scandium mine to oxide to alloy manufacturing can be done in the U.S. for the first time since 1960's!"
If the other drill results as good or better than #1 you are looking at a major resource re-rating. Increasing the TREO from the 2022 F.S. 632kt to maybe as much as 1 million t TREO. (That is world class & the project is open at depth & in two directions!) I am o.k with a DFS in Dec./Jan. & I can see the final stages now. Others see what they see.
FORM YOUR OWN OPINIONS & CONCLUSIONS ABOVE as always:
I can tell ya If I see 3 or 4 more cores drop that match or exceed #1 plus utilities start... I would be extremely happy, thinking the rest appears to be taking care of itself imho.
Front row seats with many. Appreciate your follow up question & response from management monocle, & waiting for more material news as it becomes available with many!
