They've been sending out core samples to be analyzed and since drilling began, it's really hard to imagine that Mark did not know results would be delayed by several months when he delivered those remarks and early October.

His aim for completed financing this year also seemed very far-fetched. Government shutdown aside, his most recent comments suggests that the necessary off takes are several months away.

I guess it's a good thing this private event wasn't recorded, right Mark?
