seekinganswers,
Every day that patients are not allowed access by terminally ill patients to a potentially life saving treatment by at least a lottery style access system, and this only because access must be controlled due to pre validation limitations created by cost or manufacturing rate, is a day that regulators, politicians and especially those who control healthcare purse strings, have blood on their hands. The status quo protects financial interests and the economics of change but it does so at great human cost in cases like the one created by NWBO and others. Change, especially that which is obviously a need, must happen sooner and there will be a push for this to happen when political hay is at stake. I’d say 3 years or less is doable; ). Best wishes.
