Yes, straight loan....Payments defer for 8 months...option to payoff early...

Perhaps, no dilution necessary for the month of November.

I wonder what was disclosed in the NDA?

I don’t see any warrants, options or stock conversion language. Looks like a straight loan:



It's Streeterville. They'll convert somewhere down the line, likely after the AS gets raised.

No different from all the other loans with them. It'll be dilutive, but at least it's deferred.

Correct. Straight loan. 10% cost for 8 months deferment. and 8%. I think this is a little steep, but the amount is very small and not significant in the big picture.
