Management has very reasonable belief that certain transactions will be executed (Agreements signed) on or before November 15, 2025. These transactions are highly material and include very significant increases in our Lithium and in Uranium interests; expanding our holdings by some 250%; and coupled with various multi-million dollar Convertible Loan Notes being cancelled and replaced by nonconvertible long term loans.
