Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the
Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Management has very reasonable belief that certain transactions will be executed (Agreements signed)
on or before November 15, 2025. These transactions are highly material and include very significant
increases in our Lithium and in Uranium interests; expanding our holdings by some 250%; and coupled
with various multi-million dollar Convertible Loan Notes being cancelled and replaced by nonconvertible long term loans. We believe that these need to be fully disclosed as material post Reporting
Period events in this Quarterly Report.
