Yes, the Hikma legal case in particular -- the only one that really matters -- is scheduled for trial on Sept. 11 (of all days!) A lot could happen that would postpone or even eliminate the need for trial. For one thing, we have to clear the Supreme Court hurdle after it hears from the Solicitor General this year. Then, the fact discovery deadline is in December. After that closes, I imagine Hikma will make a renewed request to throw out the case. Then, assuming it doesn't get tossed again, it would be on track to head to trial. If the judge throws out the case again, then the legal development next year would be Amarin's renewed appeal to the Federal Circuit to reinstate the case, which would consume most of the year, putting off any chance for a trial until 2027. If he doesn't, then we'll all be speculating as the trial date approaches whether the case will be settled. If it actually went to trial, it would be a very big deal and quite exciting.
