I've work with distress banks and understand firsthand what happens when FDIC steps in. There is NO way in hell John should be even talking with someone like this at this point in time. My gut says he actually isn't in talks but found it gratifying that someone actually call him prior to launch.
John likely isn't in talks knowing that once he launches the platform, and start pulling in investors, the valuation (as you pointed out) will only start going up.
On a positive note. YES! The bank believes Gaia is the real thing and wants a seat at the table which should tell Mr. T what we have been saying here.
Like I've been saying, folks need to spend some time reviewing the DD and company (white page) background to understand that this is not your OTC smoke and mirrors so many of us have fallen for.
