If this was truly the case, 1.7 million pages by a staff the size of NWBO would indeed be an overwhelming task, I'm amazed that they got it done at all.

Hopefully they've learned a great deal that would be incorporated into any new filing they make with other regulators in this monumental effort. I certainly don't know, but I would hope that far fewer pages would be needed and what was submitted was overkill.
