If so, that "development phase" is going on two years of development and there's not a single business that has been attracted to it.

NO ONE has signed on as a client since they announced their "pivot" to an "AI based" product offering.

Logical. DC would need to undergo continuous upgrading whether ai or not. Customers will be quick to see old technology and avoid it. Customers want their result to show usability now and availability (not to mention new toys within the system) in the future.
