The Geek Squad has a horrid reputation. Perhaps one step above Staples tech support.
I once hired an ex-Geek Squad employee and was shocked at how little he knew. It was my fault for not screening him out during the interview process. I was desperate to fill a position and he dazzled me with his bullshit.
I fired him after 6 weeks and he literally started crying. I paid him 2 weeks severance because I sort of felt bad for him.
Glad that Geek Squad has done well for you, though.
