I've only been to my local Apple Store twice, both times because it was time, and my hard drive had died. That wasn't hard for them to deal with.

I know the "geniuses" are not geniuses. But as I've said, I like Apple products. Not necessarily it's marketing. I've used Macs since 1999, and iPhones since 2007.
