Its a reverse merger... MTi is moving into AFFU public stock, they will assume control of Affluence Corp and they will control all that it does... They will be granted 51% of the outstanding stock...they will then be able to change the name and the stock symbol... Its important to note that Affluence Corporation, not a sing;e person or group of people own the companys that make up Affluence Corp...a Holding company.... Affluence holds the ownership of its wholly owned subsidiary MTi. Once MTi takes full control of Affluence they will in a sense own themselves as a public company...so what ever MTi holds on its own will also come into Affluence... they own several partners including OneMind Technologies. ... and dont let anyone kid you, MTi now owns thru a partnership that Affluence did OneMind Tech... it was announced a couple months ago..
