You are missing the point. 
The point is...If CMA...Does the company need to SUBMIT a plan on what data and for how long the data has to be collected? Also, does the EMA have to approve such plan BEFORE Blarcamesine can be prescribed?  Then how long for the EMA to remove the "C" from the CMA?  Missling's track record on moving thibgs forward may prevent the share price from jumping big if CMA delays the onset of prescribing Blarcamesine. 
With MA...prescribing will occur within 4 to 6 months?
With CMA...prescribing can be delayed for 12months in order to account for time for process to be define and approved by EMA?
Do you understand now my point?
