Hence my links??? AFFU's Digibriks is a new company and wholly owned subsidiary of Affluence Corporation, a smart city and Internet of Things (IoT) technology company. Formed in April 2024, Digibriks was created by combining Affluence's OneMind Technologies with three acquired IoT technology companies.
Key functions of Digibriks & since all this below comes from the company I now hold everything they say @ 50/50 BS to truth
Enhanced technology platform as Digibriks integrates its own connectivity solutions, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) platforms, and digital twin technology with OneMind's existing platform. This results in a more robust product offering for multiple industries.
Expansion into new markets as w/ the formation of Digibriks it helps expand Affluence's reach into the telecom, manufacturing, and smart city markets.
Strengthened solution capabilities as the combined solutions enhance OneMind Technologies' Hypervisor NG product, enabling it to manage devices and networks, connect to industrial systems, and streamline operations for industrial projects.
Expanded access: The acquisition provides access to a larger customer base, a wider partner ecosystem, and an expanded reseller and distributor network.

Think on this don't rush, no one is in any hurry until Oscar completes reststructuring except Francesco. (pun intended) Years ago I asked this board who owns Affluence Corporation. No one has ever answered that question with who they think it is. The replies were as much to say silent investor(s), but no names were known. It's as obvious to me as can be.

How else does Oscar waltz in here out of the blue and get permission from the board to R/S so quickly. There was hullabaloo on here as Covid started about this same question who owns AFFU. One poster claimed AFFU had been acquired in a secretive hostile take over by the Brito's in a sneaky back room deal. Met with immediate derision (the then) board swiftly denied the claim as preposterous (understandably). The poster then claimed one of them was living in Spain but he refused to say which one, or his sources. Smoking Gun or baffling "Coincidence".

Francesc took a loooong time negotiating for that 51%. If you recall MTi originally was an acquisition for AFFU which finally* resulted in the unexpected Reverse Merger. With NO EXPLANATION WHY. I think the Brito's were Francesc's skeleton in the closet. Especially when Jim confided with TJ he would NEVER R/S. Of course Jim could say that, he knew the Brito's eventually would ! Oscar is no puppet president he's the owner, has been for a long time. That's what this poster ADAMANTLY predicted on a stack of bibles. The Brito's would rise like a Phoenix smelling like a rose just when you wouldn't expect them too. Francesc had no say in this, that's why he hardballed for 51% Reverse Merger. Another thing, why would Honan walk away when he KNEW that AFFU was about to take off. ❓❓ I noted at the time Jim's "LET'S GO!" on Linked In to Francesc Domingo was highly exuberant and waaay out of character.

We may never learn who the original owners of AFFU were. But IMHO we now know who those silent investors are. They probably paid off Mike Balkin to get Francesc onside. Balkin came and went like the wind. That's my post for the day, thumbs are killing me from RSI, LOL! 👋🏼
