Financial backing, huh? You might want to take a look at the Zhang family office. Henry Zhang very private. Hard to pin down the exact numbers, but estimates put their assets somewhere between a hundred million and half a billion. That could very well be where the financial backing is coming from. Wouldn’t be the first time his dad helped him out, either. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Henry’s been picking up some GRLT shares himself, but that’s just my own speculation.
DAD gave money to John for primior but he down plays it. Grlt has a lot of support than most understand. Primior has all the capital GRLT and GAIA needs. Nice to have dad back there ready willing and able.

Crap! I made a mistake.
When I was reviewing this company, I was only focused on Primior’s needs and didn’t see the BIGGER value with what you just found.

You are correct to have questioned the companies listed on their website and here’s why. As I posted before, GRLT could NOT just post these names on their site without the companies having approved it. I had made the mistake of believing these companies were listed as sponsor’s to help them finance their projects they were “going” to develop. After all, look at what three of the names do in Primor's world.

Here is your answer:
If they focused on just “their pipeline” needs to develop projects, they would miss the bigger play with what the platform truly can generate in value for the shareholders and here’s a clue within what you posted.

Our platform is currently in development, and we are gearing up to tokenize hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of real estate, both from our pipeline and that of our esteemed sponsors.

Developers currently have two legal options for involving investors in real estate projects. Primior's model, as shown on their website, qualifies as a regulated SEC offering because they advertise to a broad market and exceed the allowed number of investors for an unregulated offering. This results in substantial documentation and significantly higher legal and accounting costs for the project.

I share this with the group to provide a better understanding and why this list of “sponsors” are sitting at our table.

Identify the sponsors and their current roles. As noted on their website, they are listed here as being players who will bring projects they wish to Tokenize. They likely see GRLT’s platform as a path much like Trump is putting in place.

What you have found on the website is important and does merit attention.

The one I find interesting however is “Black Rock’. Meaning, why don’t they simply go out and develop their own platform. I have my own ideas, but it would be considered pumping!

Hopefully this helps the group understand why these names as sponsors are so important.
knowledge as to how complicated these projects/developments can become and why folks are so Excited about tokenizing real estate projects.
