You may be right, or perhaps they were just trying to stem the downward momentum that could have actually taken the price below $.20. I guess we'll know on Monday.

I don't really see this as unexpected or great news, the company is doing what they said they'd do. Certainly it's positive, but the really positive news will deal with approval and the ability to make vaccine with the EDEN.

If in fact Dr. Ashkan's statement about regulatory action in a couple months may have been made some time ago, than any day is a possibility. On the other hand if it was a current statement, later this year or early next is what's anticipated. If no one can pin it down, it's anytime between now and early next year.

I believe that LP is working to make NWBO into the prominent company in dendritic cell utilization. I believe she'll be more inclined to partner with BP's then to be acquired by them, but time will tell.

Let's see what next week brings, I'm still of the belief that approval will be preceded by anticipating it, and that should bring $.35 to $.50 or more, but as secretive as NWBO has been, perhaps I'm wrong about that.

Anyway such expected and not really Earth shaking news had a profound 22% positive effect on the share price. I'm eager to see the price appreciation on really good news like Eden qualifications and approval or DCVax approval. I hope the Eden approval comes first that will give it shorts time to cover around 1 to $2 per share. Then they can go long for the really big price appreciation on the DCVax approval. I do not believe anyone could be so stupid as to continue to Short sell NWBO after the Eden manufacturing has been validated and approved prior to the DC Vax approval. As such a sequence is a perfect storm for maximum yield on the explosive move after approval of DCVax. Being short NWBO in that time frame would be akin to playing hot potato with a critical mass of Plutonium.
