I wonder if Eddie gave "Bon" Haldar one of his famous LOI's/ MOU's with his patented escape hatch guarantee wherein EdWAD promises that, if (when) he fails to make good on X, Y & Z that Anirban “Bon” can rescind the deal and get all his assets and investments back..but never does?
And what's to stop Eddie from jumping the gun and announcing "YUUUGE" revenues before a deal is well and truly finalized in order (he hopes) to spark a run for him to dump into and max out the remaining A/S.........
Or, to swap the remaining shares for a ton of toxic "death spiral debt" financing to grab some quick cash?
I've followed this sawed-off Soviet for more years than I care to admit. Nothing he does ever surprises me.
