I'm probably too wounded by Judge Du, figuratively and literally, to be optimistic about anything Amarin does in court anymore. Just as the appeals court all but invited Hikma to get the Delaware judge to toss it out again down the road when he doesn't have to assume that everything Amarin says in the lawsuit is true, I wouldn't be surprised to see the lower court judge do just that.
