No it can happen, but do you know there are a lot of companies on NASDAQ that aren't even profitable? Yes GTVH may have a lot of shares, but tbh, they can get to NASDAQ everything is a process. Actually, I would rather see GTVH in the future on the AMEX rather than NASDAQ. But everything takes time, and yes it can happen without an RS, it's called Using a small part of company profits to continue doing buy backs and retirement of shares. This has to be a hold.
In order to believe in a company, you have to believe in the CEO.
For example, when Apple had shares in the late 80s early 90s at .30 cents, how many of those investors stayed the course with the company all the way until it hit a valuation of $1, $10, $25, $50, and so on?
It all goes back to believing in the company, it's product/service, and the CEO(the guy spearheading the potential success).
