Zip, Read the ruling in GSK v Teva. The point of this suit isn't about collecting damages. It's also not about making other generic companies think twice. It's about invalidating the generic labels.

Question Zip. Wouldn't a court loss by Hikma force them to stop selling GV? Either because of the decision or an injunction? Also if the trial lawyers use a similar tact as in the GSK - Teva trial and invalidate the label, then the remainder of the GV sellers would be up the creek?
