The damages that would follow from a trial would bankrupt Hikma immediately. Can a company plead guilty in such a case and get a settlement that will keep them out of bankruptcy? A solvent Hikma is better for Amarin than a bankrupt Hikma.
Question for the lawyers here -- it's a trial. Surely you must be able to plead guilty.
