… Well, tokenization of real estate assets is starting to become ‘a thing’ i see as i look online search of late. Like a big thing. Were talking about Blackrock CEO talking about it and CEo of Robinhood : very bullish on it i see in interviews in the last week, then Eric Trump now tokenizing one of Trump hotels…and the new SEC chair also, at this same time, saying that is a top of his list to focus on this new realm of finance.
This is all happening now…..along w the Nov 1 GIAI rollout…..so i have to choose now to wait for dip, or buy or not buy.
Basically, i am a buyer……what is crazy is the entire real estate market is becoming liquid for anyone to participate in thats why such a big deal….everyone and anyone can buy a piece of any hotel or resort or property that is tokenized…..and collect rents without the work. This real estate market has always been of course beyond immense half the worlds wealth tied into it? So to come up w a way that not just the banks and billionaires own all this behind closed doors, but the public at large will be able to as well.

That, is obviously a major shift in global finance. Never before happened.
When never before happened things in finance and fintech begin to happen……one looks for any stocks related or in the field first, asks questions later.. And incredibly we have one GRLT that is one of first public companies aka stocks we can buy, that is 100% all into this new fintech space of the future.
So i buy now and ask questions later. Though you bring up good points about past scams w old GRLT mgt of which i too got burned, i see what Zhang has done w cleanup (last Pr) and am in for the ride; talk about ground zero in a new fintech worldwide phenomena that may or may not happen……and we are near absolute stock market bottom .0008: i say this is a steal and why i like penny stocks to find exactly something like this in trips….before the masses do….and there are no other 100% real estate tokenization penny stocks i can find.
So we have scarcity and money flowing possibly through only one stock if looking for any penny stock in this new space.

…anyone here just Google tokenization of real estate assets, and then hit news in the last week….and you’ll see these recent news articles out in just the last week of some of the biggest Fintech companies on the planet, as well as Eric Trump going in this direction…: and w GIAI and Primior real estate tokenization of assets coming Nov 1 it all is perfect timing.
And if i know this, then many other do too…so i guess if the volume continues to ramp up and the chart, FOMO kicks in and i dont want to be like ‘i saw all the articles, i saw the interviews w Fink and Robinhood CEO that just came out - why didnt i buy? Also i saw Eric Trump just tokenizing a Teump property…and i didnt buy at least a little .00 nothing GRLT? You mean even after Teump blew up crypto and bitcoin and ALL mining stocks and REE…i didnt buy ’? i would be an idiot…lol maybe i am but i think we all may be onto a HOT tokenization of assets ticker here to end 2025.
