Yep,
I replying to the post and pointing out glaring flaws in it - someone gave LP ownership , and NW would have kept getting revenue from Advent in previous structure . And we all know why Cognate had to go and Advent had to be spun off .

Come on! LP and Cognate likely knew since probably 2014 the road with the FDA was bumpy and going nowhere. She knew L had an early program with MHRA so she could spin a story around it. Cognate execs likely opted to cut LP loose and give her the cover she needed in the UK so they could build U.S. sales and sell the company.

Advent leased all the tangible assets. They should be making a killing by now with cryo. Waiting for the details.
