The authorized increase or reverse split is coming. They are broke and in debt and out of shares to sell..... If shareholders are lucky they may get another mini pump like advent carrot before that announcement. They better take it this time. $1 is not coming unless it comes from the reverse split. They should have listened to JerryC a few years back who called the exit on a pump to $1. That's the last this stock will ever see $1 again sans a reverse split
