Huh? Bishop is in the Mohave Desert. They might get a few inches of snow a year. Or none.

Or do you mean they will have ore sources year round, which will prevent them from running out of ore in the winter? At they rate they're going, and without full permitting, they're pretty good with a truckload of super sacks every few months.
