For the past 5 months (during CS!) quite a few here have doubted that the MAA as presented would be sufficient for unrestricted approval. If anything the current come to Jesus moment is belated for many.
I agree with the premise (Hoksuld/Investor, et al) IF a CMA is proposed during CS2 Anavex would be required to report it. Procedurally since MAA was the application CMA is only available in consultation between CHMP and the applicant.
