That's easy to understand with the seasoned OTC stock buyer.

This is one of the best if not the best communicative CEOs I've ever seen on the OTC. Most of them go quiet.

98% of the OTC CEO never perform with ACTUALLY moving the ball forward like we have seen here in the last week. They have to go quiet because they have nothing to show their shareholders. Case in point, when was the last time you saw one of them (CEO) actually buy his company stock?
