A CMA is going to be like one of those NFL replay reviews where the referees take about 30 seconds to make a decision.

Drugs like the one Sarepta pushed onto the market that cause pediatric deaths -- those are the ones that will be removed.

I don't think there will be unexpected safety issues at this point. Worst case, it may not work as well in the real world as it did in the clinical trials. Even if this is the case, I suspect Blarcamesine is still eventually granted full approval and kept on the market as an alternative to the mAbs if for no other reason than not everyone is a good candidate for infusions and MRIs.
