No, they have not.

I assume you are getting this from the "cancers" indication on the "high Priced Drug List". That does not say the indication the drug can be used in, It is just descriptive. Once NWBO changed the application from nGBM to nGBM + rGBM the list maintainers elected to list it as "cancers".

That list describes how a provider can be reimbursed for the drug. When noted as an IRF, it says there is no general funding available and one needs a special request. And that can be used for any drug in any indication.

The hype over the IFR list is comical.
